New Agilent Turbo Vent Valve for 301, 304 FS, 305 FS, 551, 404 FS, 701, 704 FS, 804 FS, 1001 Turbo Pumps. 74FS & 84FS pumps, M5 to M8 adapter X1699-64039 is required. N.O. 24 VDC, 1.2 mm orifice, M8 x 1.2 mm threaded to attach to pump vent port, and has 0.5 m cable with 2 pin connector.
