Choosing a Replacement Filament for a Nude Ion Gauge

  1. Identify the Nude Gauge Type from the Previous Page: I, II, III, IV or V
  2. Identify the Filament Material: T-Tungsten or I-Iridium (thoria coated)
  3. Check the External Pins: A-Straight or B-Bent or C-Varian (see photos below)
